Nostalgia

Have you ever gne back to your old primary school. Stand in front of it, look at it and remember all the times you had there and smile?
Or maybe go to your late grandfather's house where you used to play during the weekends in and stayed up all night watching Cartoon Network and smile at it?

It happened to me last two weeks.

I went back from Malacca with my uncle and eighteen year old cousin(or sort of like a close childhood friend)aka seishii. Both of us were supposed to go to Eastpoint and meet my parents there to bring us home. But since we couldn't find them, we decided to take the long way back.

So we went through the seishii's old house, in which I used to spend a lot of time on. Man, that brought back memories. The good old days...Where the worst possible thing that could happen to me was when my mom didn't let me sleep over at his house. Where we used to watch Ultraman videos together...Haha...where I first cycled on the road...It was like my second home.

So I told the seishii to buy that house when he got married and had a family. Where his children and mine would play together, etc. etc. I actually cried that night, thinking of all this...And how cool it would be if his children found a time capsule which he left there. I know most of you couldn't careless about my past but...One day when I am old and wrinkled(sorry seishii, I kinda stole this from you) and when my hair is non-existent, and I'll stumble across this blog again and read about this, and my other experiences and feel even more nostalgic.

In fact, I'm sort of crying right now. How I would like to go back in time...where peer pressure didn't exist, where homework wasn't bad, where all was well.

Camp FEAST

Ola peeps! Returned from Camp FEAST yesterday.
Camp FEAST stands for [FUN.EXPERIENCIAL.ADVENTUROUS SPIRIT.SOCIAL.TEAMWORK.]
But what it SHOULD stand for is "FUCKINGLY.EVIL.AND.SLACK LIKE.THAT"

Seriously. It is SLACK.
Which is precisely why I like it(I do??!!)
Got to miss 2 days of school and what did we do in that time? SLACK!!!

DAY ONE
Went to school in No.4[Camo] and after morning assembly, we went down and fall in-ed. We took the bus to Amoy Quee HQ. Upon reaching there, we got split up into groups and I got to group up with Lenice[tough luck, Elyasa'](BTW Lenice is this girl Elyasa' is in love with. He met her during Sea Sortie). We marched, I helped carry boxes and we took pictures. After that we ate lunch. YES, we had to wait A LOT. Lunch wasn't too bad though...I volunteered to be Song IC, Bunk IC and IC. As the SOng IC, I was supposed to lead songs while marching/running. The first time I tried to lead the song, it went like this:
Me: I ASK MY GIRL
Troop:
Troop:
Timer: lep lep lep right lep...(in a very stupid tune)
So during lunch I told everyone to echo when I lead a song. And the next attempt went like this:
Me: I ASK MY GIRL
Troop: I ask my girl
Me: TO TAKE A WALK
Troop: To take a walk
Me: TO TAKE A WALK
Troop: To take a walk
Me: JUST A LITTLE WALK
Maam: Cut, cut
Me(thinking): WTF??!!
Sigh...
And since it was raining, we couldn't do rock climbing/abseiling. So we went to an air conditioned room and spent practically the whole day there. Played games, guitar(Well...I play a bit...) and then go down and dinner. Then some crappy activities like Wrap-an-egg-and-throw-it-and-it-cannot-crack and Build-a-tower-with-straw-and-hope-it-doesn't-fall-but-it-has-to-be-the-tallest-one-standing...
Then...Bunk check and sleep. The damn bunk was filled with noise.

DAY TWO
Aagh...too lazy to write...Let's just say that we did some pretty gay stuff in the bus on the way to school(ask me personally for details). and spiked my hair(yay!it can still be spiked) and I wore this shirt saying "I DATED YOUR HONOR STUDENT" and I got to see Her Majesty and she noticed me(I hope). Well, that's about it.

A lot to catch up on

Sigh...
So this is what I get for not updating much.
Or for being just too fucking lazy.
Anyways...Here's what happened during the March "holidays".

Cohort Camp
Do NOT let me touch on that event...

Huge Family Reunion
Heh...got to rap in front of everyone.

NCC Camp
A lot of lectures...
We got to touch poisonous lead pellets for air rifles
The food was pretty good
I became an Airborne Trooper(ask me personally if you want details)
and
[drum roll]
Solosleep!!! Got to sleep at Tech Block third-storey toilet...it was stuffy and got love bites from Wen Xin[errr...meaning that I got bitten by mosquitoes]

And now my "good" results got me landed in Afterschool Care, which is basically just staying back after school every day until 5pm doing homework...damn

P.S: To fans of 'Wordify Yourself', don't expect anymore lessons because of Her Majesty's orders. And I will never betray Her Majesty.
